Hot Air Balloon Flights

Please read the fallowing information carefully:

All Flights must be reserved in advance.  Between 6:00P.M. and 8:00P.M. the night before their flight all passangers will be contacted by the pilot.  If the pilot is unable to contact the passengers, the passengers are asked to get in touch with the pilot  no later then 8:30P.M. the night before (435- 962-3009). This is to ensure that all necessary flight information such as where and at what time they are  to meet for the flight the following day has been obtained.  It is mandatory that the passengers connect with the pilot the night before to avoid missing their flight with no refund.

All flights occur first thing in the morning at sunrise.  Usually between 5:30 A.M. and 9:30 A.M.  As wind, weather and time of sunrise changes from day to day the meeting time and place also vary from day to day which is why it is necessary for the pilot to be in contact with all passengers the night before.

After the flight plan and schedule have been set the information is relayed to the passengers.  They are expected to be on time so as not to miss their flight.  Occasionally our crew will be delayed picking them up due to previous flight circumstances or weather so passengers are advised to wait patiently at the designated pick up point until the crew arrives.

Once the Ballooning's crew meets the passengers, everyone is introduced and the passengers are given a waiver to read through and sign.  They are then taken out to the balloon.  They take their flight and at the conclusion of their experience are served juice and pastries as a traditional post flight celebration.  The passengers are then returned to their vehicles at the designated pick up point.
